Ms. Janaki Deshmukh
President/CEO & Founder

Ms. Deshmukh has over 23 years of experience managing and supporting budgeting and financial management and information systems for Federal Government and commercial organizations. Before founding Strongbridge, Ms. Deshmukh was the Senior Analyst responsible for all budget and financial systems support for the $56 million IT budget at the U.S. Treasury's Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC), and was instrumental in supporting the OCC's PeopleSoft financials system during her tenure there. Prior to OCC, Ms. Deshmukh was responsible for the entire Accounting Systems integration and operations of a major international organization in Washington, DC. Ms. Deshmukh holds a Masters degree in Political Science.

Mr. Danny Taglienti
Senior Vice President & COO

Mr. Taglienti brings over 20 years experience and executive leadership in the IT and software development industry, supporting both Federal and commercial contracts. At Strongbridge, he is responsible for managing operational performance on contracts, customer satisfaction, quality assurance, and new business development. Prior to joining Strongbridge, Mr. Taglienti co-founded The Push Group, a leading digital media company based in Northern Virginia where he served 9 years as President and CEO, working with customers such as Automatic Data Processing (ADP), Sunrise Senior Living, the Postal Regulatory Commission, and General Services Administration. Additionally, Mr. Taglienti held a senior management position with Etensity, Inc., a global digital media consulting firm where he was instrumental in the growth of his practice from its headquarters in Northern Virginia to 6 locations internationally. Mr. Taglienti received his B.S. in Advertising and Digital Media Design from University of Maryland, College Park.

Mr. Harry Kastrivanos
Senior Vice President

Mr. Katrivanos has over 35 years of experience in senior financial and executive level management responsibilities in fast growing companies, primarily in the Federal IT market. Mr. Katrivanos has extensive experience and understanding of the necessary inter-relationships between finance/accounting, contracts administration, operations and business development. At Strongbridge he is responsible for the corporate finance/accounting, contracts administration and human resources areas. Prior to joining Strongbridge, he was CFO of ATS, a $100 million (revenue) government contractor and Executive Vice President of Appix, a wholly owned subsidiary of ATS, a $30 million (revenue) commercial information technology consulting firm.
